Registration will open November 2, 2009.

Because of airline regulations, please Include your date of birth on registration form.

Online registration closes on Dec. 31, 2009 at 5:00 pm (MST). Please e-mail inquiries to donna@hemophiliaz.org and you will be placed on a wait-list. 

Registration is a simple four step process.

  1. Make sure you are designated to attend the conference by the director of the agency that organizes your bleeding disorder summer camp. In some cases, that is the Chapter, or the HTC. There are a limited number of slots dedicated to each camp. We are recommending that they be utilized by a camp director, a medical staff person, and a counselor or other volunteer that helps plan, run, and organize your camp. Please be prepared to provide your camp directors name, address, phone and fax number, his or her email information, and the number of campers your bleeding disorder camp serves.
  2. Determine your preferred travel arrangements including airline, departure and return dates and times, as well as flight numbers to Phoenix, Arizona (PHX). We will do everything to accommodate your preferences within our budget. We are looking to purchase the least expensive airfare available so that we can bring as many people as we can to the conference. You will be asked to provide your travel preferences during the online registration process.
  3. Have a credit or debit card available to complete the registration process. The fee to attend the NACCHO conference is either $125 or $150 depending on whether you are a camp director attending the pre-conference ($150), or only attending the main conference ($125). Please note, this registration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
  4. Please review our camp overview letter and survey. All participants MUST complete the survey. To complete it, please save the word document file to your desktop.
